My Autobiography (Continued)

When I first entered college, I expected it to be nothing but stress and endless pressure. Surprisingly, I discovered that college could also be enjoyable and fulfilling. Slowly, I developed a passion for programming. At first, the codes and logic seemed difficult, but with the guidance of my teachers, especially Sir Guiang, I learned to understand. He had a unique way of making hard concepts simple. I also appreciated teachers like Sir Joel, who treated students not only as learners but also as friends. Their kindness made the challenges of college life more bearable.

Now, as a senior college student, the challenges have become heavier. Building systems and projects takes much effort, time, and patience. Sometimes, the workload is overwhelming. Yet, I find joy in overcoming each obstacle. I also remember my first impression of Sir Erick Abuzo, strict and serious. At first, I felt nervous around him. But later, I realized his strictness was not out of anger but out of care. He wanted us to learn discipline: completing our uniforms, attending classes on time, being clean, and meeting deadlines. His firmness came with compassion, and I now see him as a great example of a professional teacher. Beside him, Ma'am Liezl Abuzo also guided us with the same balance of discipline and kindness.

During summer classes, I had another milestone in my journey. I met Sir Joel and Sir Lindo, two of the kindest teachers I have known. From them, I learned to build a full website, a skill that felt significant to me as an aspiring web developer. That moment gave me confidence that I was slowly becoming closer to my dream.

Looking back, my journey has been filled with both pain and triumph. I nearly died as a baby, grew up with financial struggles, witnessed my parents' separation, and endured hardships that tested my strength. But at the same time, I also experienced victories: academic excellence, dancing achievements, friendships that brought joy, and love that gave me hope.

Now that I am in my third year of college, I continue to hope for strength, wisdom, and perseverance. I carry with me my mother's sacrifices, my father's survival, my teachers' guidance, my friends' laughter, and my love's encouragement. These are the things that shape who I am today. My story is still unfolding, and while I know challenges will always be present, I also know that blessings will always come alongside them. For that, I am deeply grateful.
